Our service plans includes customer on-site computer repair and maintenance that save you time, money, hassles, and gives you peace of mind.

Sign-up for KDandC’s VIP Account
The VIP Account is a comprehensive plan that covers your business' technical needs on a monthly basis. Each of the three plans include:

On-site service
In-House Service
Phone/Remote Tech Support (during office hours)

Work is A.S.A.P., but same day service is on a best effort basis.
Does not include Sundays or major holidays.
Contract service expires if not used by the end of the contract period. Rollovers may apply.
Any labor beyond the included amounts will be billed at the pay as you go rate.
No hardware or software is included and must be purchased separately.
Your service hours are usable for the entire contract period.

VIP Plan 1

$689.00 per month

– 5 hours on-site per month
– 5 hours phone/remote support
– All contract time is rounded by the minute. (So no paying for 1.5 hours for 1 hrs and 15 minutes of work)
– Next business day Mission Critical Emergency Service
(problems that put you out of business until fixed)

VIP Plan 2

$1378.00 per month

– 10 hours on-site per month
– 10 hours phone/remote support
– All contract time is rounded by the minute. (So no paying for 1.5 hours for 1 hrs and 15 minutes of work)
– Next business day Mission Critical Emergency Service (problems that put you out of business until fixed)

$2067.00 per month

– 15 hours on-site per month
– 15 hours phone/remote support
– All contract time is rounded by the minute. (So no paying for 1.5 hours for 1 hrs and 15 minutes of work)
